How to make it work on the road
How it works

Buy a bag in the app, then collect it from the shop during its collection slot, often near closing time. Bags for tomorrow usually appear from 10pm the night before.

Why it suits van life

Search around where you're parking tonight, or the towns on tomorrow's drive. Supermarkets on your route are the most reliable, and saving a few as favourites gets you a nudge when bags go live.

The catches

You don't choose what's in the bag. Popular bags can sell out quickly. The collection slot is fixed, so plan your drive around it. Bags are often chilled or bakery food, so you'll need fridge space or to eat it that day.

We're not connected to Too Good To Go. Prices last checked October 2026.
